Direct Exchange Letter

 

Below is a sample letter that can be used to make direct exchanges with another timeshare owner. First, call your resort to reassign your week and then follow up with this letter so that all parties have written confirmation. Send two copies to the resort (Include a stamped envelope addressed to the new users for the resort to forward their written confirmation), and one copy to the new users.

 

To use this letter, just delete this instruction text and replace the italic text with the appropriate info.

4. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy the unit unless accompanied by a person 21 or older.
